Author Guidelines

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

1.    Title Page:

In the Title page, the author(s) shall include the title of the case study, name of the author(s), professional/academic affiliation and full postal address, including email, and phone numbers of the author(s) should appear on the title page. In case of multiple authors, one of the authors shall be the corresponding author. Any information related to the author(s) shall NOT appear in any part the manuscript except in the Title page as the manuscript will be submitted for anonymous reviews. Please avoid using any unfamiliar acronyms or abbreviation in the title of the manuscript.

2.    Abstract Page:

The author(s) should include the title of the paper on the top of the abstract page. The Title get repeated here exactly as it appears on the title page.

Abstract: This page should contain an abstract not exceeding 300 words followed by five - seven keywords in alphabetical order separated by semi-colon (please avoid to use long phrases).

3.    Body of the Manuscripts:

Typescripts: Typescripts should be double-spaced with normal margins on all sides with 12-point Times New Roman font.

Length of the Manuscripts: All manuscripts must be composed in MS Word. The length of the research paper must be approximately 5000 - 10000 words including notes and references (excluding table and figure). However, research articles with highly exceptional contribution may be considered beyond specified word limit. Kindly, confirm the manuscript is spelling error free and grammatically correct.

4.    Teaching Note:

Authors shall include a teaching note that would reflect the possible learnings for the readers. Without teaching note the manuscript would not be reviewed. However, the teaching note will not be published.

5.    Reference and In-text Citation:

All others contribution shall be cited properly and shall be included in the reference list. The reference list should be first sorted alphabetically by author(s) and secondly chronologically.  References should be cited at the end of the text in the APA 7 (American Psychological Association 7th edition) style. The author may visit https://apastyle.apa.org/ for understanding.

6. Important Information:

  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • Illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is double-spaced; uses a 12-point, Times New Roman font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
