ULTRASOUND IN THE SYNTHESIS OF AZOLOPYRIMIDINES

Abstract

Growing environmental concerns have compelled chemists to develop environmentally benign synthetic strategies called Green Chemistry. There are many ways to achieve the goals of Green Chemistry, one of which is Ultra Sound assisted reactions. Azolopyrimidines have attracted the attention of synthetic organic chemists due to their potent biological properties. Herein, we present a review on the synthesis of Azolopyrimidines under the influence of Ultra Sound reported during the last two decades.
